Basic Qualifications
Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).
Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07 (Vols. 1-4)
Industrial and/or military security experience.
Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

The Work
This position is located at Ebbing ANGB, AR and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to:
- Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
- Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205M 5205.07 Vol 1-4.
- Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations.
- Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s.
- Performs classified material management.
- Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media.
- Other duties as needed by site and security leadership.
US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted.

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
- Experience working with Special Access Programs.
- Capable of giving large group unclassified and classified briefings to government and contractor personnel.
- Experience working in a dynamic military environment.
- Experience interacting with senior ranking USAF commissioned officers and key government stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism.
- Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military aviation operations environment. Previous experience in military leadership and decision-making roles would be beneficial.
- Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).
- Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Personnel Security, document control, and Access Control experience.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
