We are looking for a new member to join our TEAM! The ideal candidate must be dependable, likes to work with people.
Position
Title: Security Guard
Status: Part Time, 16 hours per week
Schedule: 6a - 2p, every Sunday and Monday
Must Have
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to pass a drug test and Level 2 Background check
Essential Job Functions
- Patrol campus and grounds to ensure the safety and security of the employees, residents and visitors.
- Respond to emergency situations on campus according to policies and procedures
- Respond to all building alarms. Insure buildings are safe and secure
- Operate Main Gate (Gatehouse) when assigned. Open and operate additional gates when necessary and as needed for special events.
- Provide security and traffic control for special activities and events
- Conduct checks of campus perimeter boundaries and Cemetery.
- Successfully complete and maintain (required certifications in CPR, first aid and fire extinguisher use, as well as any other) all training necessary.
- Maintain Logs, Document incidents and write reports as is necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of employees and resident's information
- Perform other assignments as assigned
