Basic Qualifications
Experience providing oversight in Control and Documentation of classified materials along with preparation and shipment of classified materials.
Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07 (Vols. 1-4)
Industrial and/or military security experience.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.
Prior experience as a CPSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR.
Ability to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance as necessary.

Document Control Specialist (DCS), in support of the F-35 ITC, will provide protection and control of all classified materials (documentary and media) within the 33 Fighter Wing program areas. Responsibilities include implementing procedures, including clearance, access, accountability, inventories, and destruction/reproduction/tracking requirements; understands methods of proper form completion. 33d Fighter Wing focal point for shipping and receiving classified materials, develops and implements procedures for wrapping, mailing, shipping, receiving, receipting, and tracking of classified materials to include tracer actions if required. Ensures all classified materials are properly marked in accordance with collateral and SAP Security Marking Guides. Provides authoritative information and assistance to 33d Fighter Wing leadership and organization officials by advising on protection, marking, control, and mailing/shipping of classified materials requirements. Provides escort support within the SAPF. Conduct wing/unit self-inspections as necessary.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
