Job Summary
One of our esteemed clients is looking for several licensed Security Guards in the Naples / Ft. Meyers / Cape Coral area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our retail clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively.
Duties
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Skills
- Experience in military or law enforcement is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
