Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in loss prevention, conflict management, and surveillance techniques.
Duties - Various Inspection and Access control procedures at gate and on property
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor activities.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous , or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in security or law enforcement is a plus.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- A military and/or police background is an advantage but not required.
