We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring swift action is taken.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety on the property.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify security risks or breaches.
Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing them with relevant information about incidents.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in a clear manner.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is an asset.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A valid security guard certificate may be required based on local regulations.
